Types of shredders

Primary Crushers with I and II Shafts

These shredders consist of one or two shafts at low speeds, designed for efficient processing of a wide variety of materials.

Their main function is to break down the input material into smaller fragments, which facilitates subsequent handling and processing by secondary equipment.

These primary shredders are essential for the optimization of the waste treatment process and the preparation of the material for later use, recycling or final disposal. Their robust and efficient design makes them a reliable option for various industrial, environmental and bulky applications.

Secondary Crushers with Hammers

Equipped with high-speed hammers, the HFG and HFZ series shredders are designed to obtain a homogeneous, fine and clean final material. The HFG series, thanks to its beating system and the perfect alignment between the screens and the hammers, guarantees efficient shredding, while the HFZ series, available in static and mobile versions, specializes in shredding wood to obtain a smaller particle size.

Both series focus on reducing the size of the previously shredded material. The resulting material, ideal for processes such as screening, classification, pellet, briquette or solid fuel manufacturing, is suitable for various applications, including the valorization of compacted wood products and other industrial processes.
