Industrial Shredders for Recycling

Types of Recycling Shredders

Primary Crushers with I and II Shafts

These primary shredders consist of one or two low-speed shafts, designed for efficient processing of a wide variety of materials. Secondary Crushers with Hammers

Equipped with high speed hammers, the HFG and HFZ series shredders are designed to obtain a homogeneous, fine and clean final material. The HFG series, thanks to its beating system and the perfect alignment between screens and hammers, guarantees efficient shredding. The HFZ series, available in static and mobile modes, specializes in wood shredding to obtain a smaller particle size.

Hammer Mills: Reverter Industries’ hammer mills are specially designed for shredding lighter and more fragile materials, such as paper and cardboard. These mills shred materials into fine particles, facilitating their separation and further processing. They are ideal for recycling plants that require fine and efficient processing.

Both series and types of hammer shredders are ideal for reducing the size of previously shredded material. The resulting material is suitable for screening, sorting, pelletizing, briquetting or solid fuels, as well as other industrial applications, including the valorization of compacted wood products.
